非淋菌性尿道炎篇
非淋菌性尿道炎及其系统疾病是世界性的一个医学难题，人们重视它，并对此进行了不懈努力，但取得突破性进展的委实不多。在这一领域由实验室走向应用并取得较大成果的就更少了。纯中药SYRY-88成功地解决了这一难题，并引起国际关注。
一、非淋菌性尿道炎的临床症状与特点

男性生殖器衣原体感染者常并发附睾炎，女性则引发宫颈炎、子宫内膜炎、盆腔炎。支原体感染的非淋菌性尿道炎，男性可引发附睾炎，前列腺炎等，女性可引发输卵管炎、流产、死胎、不孕症及肾孟肾炎等。
二、慢性淋病（变异性淋病）与慢性非淋菌性尿道炎的临床鉴别：
1．众多淋病患者和非淋菌性尿道炎患者，患病初期由于检测疏漏或治疗不规范，或初始就是耐药菌珠，尽管经过一个阶段的抗生素治疗，开始的临床表现消失（诸如红肿，大量脓性分泌物）自认为已经康复，但一经房事、或一饮酒，便重新复发如初或有加重感，如此反复治疗，反复发作，而迁延不愈。此类病人的临床检查可见：病检多为阴性（一）但存在尿急、尿频、尿道针刺痒感，便时伴有白津而出，且少腹、会阴、肛门、睾丸坠胀，腰疼、腰酸、四肢乏力，大腿内板虫爬感或痛感、部分伴关节疼。由于久治不愈，多半被定为“后遗症”或“前列腺炎”。
慢性非淋菌性尿道炎临床检查：症见尿道口红，舟状窝两壁有紫色小泡（正常人为粉白色，两壁光滑）或两至叁条竖直的“红线”，尿道口外翻，少红，微肿，龟头可见米粒状突起疹点（红、白不一）或暗紫隐疹。患者自述“龟头往上一寸左右时有痛疼感，小便灼热、刺疼、尿无力、分岔、滴沥、胸部闷沉不舒、不思饮食。”女性、外阴潮湿及米粒状疹子消失，但分泌物仍呈黄脓状、豆浆状、面糊状。患者自述：“外阴整日有火辣疼感，少腹、会阴、肛门、宫颈、坠疼、腰酸乏力、两肋闷胀，不思饮食”。
2．慢性淋病或变异性淋病
淋病通过抗生素治疗、急性期临床表现多已消失、临床检查：患者约1/2左右包皮红紫，龟头暗紫，尿道口舟状窝完全充血，红紫，冠状沟系带顶端有一豆大紫块。此为淋病或变异性淋病，此时患者多伴低烧。
三、现行的治疗药物与弊端

实验情况如下：
1．昆明种小鼠及Wistar大鼠，均由河南省实验动物中心提供。
2．供实验用药物为浸膏粉，1g相当于1.45g生药。
一、毒性试验
（一）急性毒性试验——最大耐受量测定：
一日内以最大浓度、最大体积的受试药给小鼠灌服（71。24g生药/kg；相当于临床拟用量的206倍），并连续观察七天，未发现毒性反应。
（二）长期毒性试验：
以9g及18g生药/kg的受试药给大鼠连续灌服60天（分别相当于临床拟用量的25倍及50倍），经血常规（Hb、RBC、WBC+DC、Plat）及肝（SGPT）肾（BUN）功能检测及主要脏器（脑、心、肺、肝、脾、肾、胃、小肠、卵巢或睾丸）病理组织切片检查，均未发现异常。体重均有所增加，说明该药无蓄积毒性。
二、药效学试验
体内试验灌胃的剂量均为3.6g及7.2g生药/kg二个实验组，分别相当于临床拟用量的10倍及20倍。
（一）对解脲脲原体的作用：
通过体外试验，显示该药对解脲脲原体的最小抑菌浓度在1：16—1：32（以20%的水浸液作为原液）。
（二）体外抑菌试验：
采用倾注平板法测定该药的体外抑菌作用，显示对淋球菌及大肠杆菌的MIC均为1.56mg/ml。
（三）对小鼠的利尿作用：
与空白对照组相比，小鼠服药后六小时内有利尿作用，作用峰值在第2—3小时。
（四）对非特异性炎症的抗炎作用：
1．对急性炎症的作用：
能减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓的炎症，并能抑制鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖的肿胀。
对慢性炎症的作用：能减少纤维素致大鼠的炎性渗出液中的白细胞数。
（五）对小鼠免疫功能的影响：
1．非特异性免疫功能—碳粒廓清试验：能明显提高其单核细胞的吞噬功能。
2．特异性免疫功能：该药不能促进CONA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖，但能促进LPS诱导的B淋巴细胞明显增殖，说明该药对小鼠的体液免疫有一定的增强作用。
（六）对艾滋病毒的作用：
用10%的该药水提液与等体积的艾滋病毒悬液混合，室温作用2分钟，可使试管内的艾滋病失去致细胞病变的能力。
